Hi, I'm Ellen and thank you for popping in here, I appreciate your time. I specialise in helping people achieve their goals and to explore options, one step at a time, using a multi-disciplinary approach.  This involves an integrative therapy programme which is best suited to the individual, whether it's overcoming negative unwanted thoughts and behaviours, emotional issues, stress, social anxiety or low self-esteem or relationships or divorce issues.  

I am an experienced heart centred therapist, having attended many professional and healing workshops, courses and professional training, with a particular interest in exploring the root cause of problems and bringing about mind body and emotional harmony within Holistic Clinical Hypnotherapy, EFT, IEMT, NLP, Coaching, Reiki & Colour Crystal Healing, sometimes using just one modality or integrating others,  as appropriate, to bring about the best and most successful results.

Some therapies overlap or integrate having similar successful results but reached through a different therapeutic route. This expanded 'therapy tool box' allows me to connect and be of greater service as a compassionate, intuitive, dedicated, heart centred therapist, helping you through your challenges whether you're a teenager, student or adult and covering a range of health problems.
